The Challenge
Shelf price tags usually mean either an expensive dedicated label printer and proprietary software, or someone manually retyping prices into a spreadsheet template and hoping nothing is out of date by the time it's printed and stuck on the shelf — with promotions, bilingual text and old/new price call-outs making a manual template even harder to keep consistent across a full store.
Our Solution
Tag Press runs from any browser on plain A4 paper — no dedicated label printer required. Scan a barcode (or type it, or point a phone camera at it) to add an item to the print list; items not yet in the database can be added on the spot. Price, promotion and other item fields can sync automatically from a linked database such as the ERP, so tags are never printed from stale data. The template designer gives you full control over the printed tag — layout, paper size, one tag per page or a full sheet, promo badges and starbursts, old-price strike-through, bilingual Arabic/English text, and your logo — and every print run is kept in a log. A companion Android app is available for the collection step.

Template Designer
Full control over the printed tag: layout, paper size, one tag per page or multiple per sheet, badge colors and shapes (including starburst promo badges), and alignment.
Bilingual, Branded Tags
Every tag carries Arabic and English item descriptions, your company name and logo, old-price/new-price display, and a Saudi Riyal currency symbol.
Linked Database Sync
Connect a read-only MySQL source — such as your ERP — map the columns (or paste a SELECT), test the connection, and sync item data automatically on a schedule.
Bulk Excel / File Import
Load the item list from a file, with large catalogs (70,000+ rows) sent in small batches so hosting upload limits are never a problem.
Print Log & Audit Trail
Every print run is recorded — who printed, how many sheets and tags, and when — so pricing activity across the store stays accountable.
Multi-User with Roles & PIN
Admin and staff accounts, plus an extra database PIN, keep who can edit items, change templates, or clear data under control.
